We are pleased to be hosting this webinar in partnership with Bangor Law School and Cheshire and North Wales Law Society.
This webinar, chaired by Dr Huw Pritchard, will summarise findings from recently published research, led by Dr Sarah Nason of Bangor Law School. The research includes case studies on law and dispute resolution relating to social housing and homelessness, and education.
People’s life chances are crucially determined by public-body decisions and the laws governing them, but these structures are often difficult for the public and professionals to understand. By capturing people’s experiences and using data analysis and data-visualisation techniques, this project has examined the developing Welsh approach to administrative justice and its capacity to respond to change.
